I’m having to go through the refund process, and no one from tech-for-less answers e-mails. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
It doesn’t work, and you have to send $20 to mobipocket to use the reader to find out it DOESN’T WORK!!! Useless product.Amazon should be ashamed of this one.

This product is not compatible with HP Ipaq 1935, although stated. Will give error message “STOP wrong personal ID”.
What a waste of time - the protection of this product has evidently been made so good that the customer can’t get to the dictionary he has paid for. Congratulations.
This item is going back for a refund.

Customer Review: Disappointing: does not conjugate Italian verbs
I used the Franklin Spanish Maestro to help become fluent in Spanish (so fluent that I got a Spanish girl to marry me and have my baby!) One of the most useful features of the Spanish version was a verb conjugation game called “Conjumania”. It quizzed you on verb conjugations. I got to where I could conjugate any verb this way.
