Customer Review: Chinese-English electronic dictionary
An electronic dictionary is an essential item for learner’s of Chinese. This product would have been better if it had incorporated :
1) Animated characters ( especially how to write them );
2) Option of voice ( the current masculine voice is somewhat angry and muddled).
The operation and user manual is pathetic.
Notwithstanding these, I am using it every day.

Customer Review: it works fine if it’s not dead but it dies too quickly
This unit works great as long as the batteries hold up. But if they die, you must send it in to Ectaco who will charge you as much as it costs for a new unit to fix/re-program it and replace batteries. Don’t try to change them yourself, it doesn’t work!
