I am very satisfied with the translator. I used my previous Franklin for so many years that the numbers and letters were worn off the keys. The translating function is the only feature I use and I’m very content.

I got this translator solely for the Spanish version. When I listened to it, the voice sounded amazingly like the comic character, Speedy Gonzalez….or even worse, like some ‘cholo’ from East L.A. I sent it back. I gave it a 2 rating because in fairness, I didn’t rate the other languages. It would have been embarrassing to use. Thank you very much, but I’ll stick with the dictionary. Cheers.

On the whole, I like this product.

Definitions and conjugations are useful.

I have found that not all common words are in it.

It is compact and easy to carry.

The instructions say that if the battery is not changed quickly,information I have input will be lost. I have not had the opportunity to test this, but it seems to be a disadvantage.

Customer Review: So good I bought another one!
I owned one of these for four or five years and finally wore it out. After looking around at others on the market, I decided that it really is the top-of-the-line so I purchased another and have been just as happy with it. Mainly I use it for spelling and definitiions. One great feature is the ‘wild card’ option that allows me to put in an asterisk in the place of a missing letter or letters, and get all the possible results. Other spellers do not offer this.
